🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At Blizzzl, each piece you receive carries meaning — but if something’s not right, we’ll make sure it gets fixed. Your trust in us matters.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product, size, or design
  • You contact us within 12 days of receiving your order

Please note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing errors by the customer, or shipping delays outside our control.


2. Return Conditions

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies:

  1. Email support@blizzzl.com within 12 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we’ll offer either:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full/partial refund, based on the situation

We usually don’t require the item to be returned unless necessary.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may already be in production and cannot be stopped.


6. Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received, or
  • Over 10 days late beyond the estimated date

Please contact us. We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or refund.


7. Custom & Limited Items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized products (e.g., name-printed)
  • Limited edition or clearance products
    This will always be mentioned on the product page if applicable.
