Boundaries Within.

Boundaries Within

“The hardest walls to break are the ones we build inside ourselves.”

The Story

Some pieces I create because I want to show the world something.
Others I create because I need to understand something myself.

Boundaries Within was one of those pieces.
I did not start with a grand idea. I started with a feeling that quiet weight we all carry.
The invisible walls we hit. The doubts we do not talk about.
The way we trap ourselves without even realizing it.

I sketched a fragmented face not broken, but unfinished.
Each piece a reflection of the stories, the fears, the limits we place on ourselves.
And as I drew, I kept thinking: how many times have I done this to myself?
Held myself back.
Told myself I wasn’t ready, wasn’t good enough, wasn’t worthy.
Built a prison inside my own mind  then sat in it, wondering why I felt so stuck.

Maybe you know that feeling too.

Why It Exists

This piece exists because this fight is real for all of us.
The world will always throw obstacles your way.
But the ones that truly stop us? They usually come from within.

Doubt.
Fear of failure.
Stories we have been told since we were young about who we should be, what we should want, how we should live.

We buy into them without noticing.
And slowly, piece by piece, we build the walls higher.

Boundaries Within is a reminder:
You can take those walls down.
Not all at once. Not perfectly. But one choice at a time. One act of courage at a time.

You are not the cage you built.
You are the one who can break free.

Artist’s Note

“I didn’t draw this to tell a story. I drew it because I needed to hear one.
The one that says: You are more than your limits. You are more than your fear.”

This piece became my mirror.
And now, I am sharing it with you like I would share a page from my diary.
Because maybe you have felt this too.
Maybe you are standing at the edge of your own wall right now, wondering if you can break through.

You can.
One piece at a time.
